• Bet Acceptance: Bets cannot be changed once confirmed. Where a cash-out option is available, it may be used to exit a bet within the specified timeframe.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled in its entirety, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Result Determination: Results are determined based on data from official sports governing bodies.
• Odds Changes: Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Incorrect Odds: 808 Sports reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit is set for each event and market, and may be subject to change from time to time.

For live betting, odds change in real time. If the odds shift between the time you submit a bet and when it is received by the server, the bet may either be confirmed at the new odds or rejected.

808 Sports offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms. The following general terms and conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.

Either the member or 808 Sports may close the account.

Member-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@808sports.app. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing.

Closure by 808 Sports: 808 Sports may close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or deception.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• Legal obligation.
